Pilot Grant Letter of Intent

Interested pilot project investigators need to submit a letter of intent and an NIH Biosketch of the principal and co-investigator. Letters of intent are due by 5pm on October 1, 2024 to ireach@georgetown.edu. To access the letter of intent form, please click the blue button above.

Pilot Grant Criteria

  • Will the application address multiple levels in our disparities framework?
  • Does the project proposed have the potential to make a significant impact for aging and cancer survivorship disparities research or clinical care?
  • Does the project have the ability to lead to a RO1 or career award proposals?
  • Does the project include collaboration or consultation from one or more of our hubs and/or liaison partners and use I-REACH Cores?
  • Will the pilot include stakeholders or does it reflect community needs?
  • Is the project feasible for a 12-15 month timeline? 
  • Are the proposed data and/or specimens available, if applicable?
